Order of Dismissal On July 23, 1992, Berkshire Computer Products (Berkshire) filed a motion for costs it incurred for filing and pursuing GSBCA 11844-P, which was dismissed with prejudice on June 23, 1992. On July 30, 1992, counsel for Berkshire filed a request to withdraw the motion for costs, stating: Now comes the Protester in [GSBCA 11844-P] and respectfully requests that the Board withdraw Protester's Motion for Costs. In support of its request Protester states the following: Protester and Respondent mutually filed a Motion to Dismiss in [GSBCA 11844-P], and Respondent has informed Protester that any costs associated with the said protest will be reimbursed without the necessity of further litigation. Accordingly, this motion for costs is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
