                                 ORDER
 
        On July  21, 1992, Integrated  Systems Group filed  with the
   Board  this  post-award  protest involving  the  respondent,  the
   Department  of the  Navy.   Protester  alleges that  respondent's
   actions  in awarding this  solicitation did not  conform to FIRMR
   requirements for competition.
