HYATT, Board Judge. On July 7, 1992, Integrated Systems Group, Inc. (ISG) filed a protest at the Board challenging the award by the Department of Commerce of a contract to Sylvest for the purchase of a Sun RISC Server and peripherals from the Sun Microsystems GSA Schedule. By order dated July 13, 1992, the Board suspended respondent's delegation of procurement authority with respect to the requirements to be purchased pending resolution of the protest. On July 16, 1992, the parties filed a joint stipulation with the Board. The stipulation requested that the Board enter an order adopting the following terms agreed to by the parties: 1. That the protest be granted. 2. That the Government immediately re-solicit by means of a competitive RFP. 3. That the prior order of the Board of July 13, 1992, suspending the Government's delegation of procurement authority be withdrawn and that the said delegation be re-instated. 4. That the Government, upon receipt of the Board's Order in this case, transmit a copy of the said Order to all interested parties who had previously received notice of this Protest, as well as to the General Services Administration. 5. That any issue of protest costs, if they are to be pursued by Protester, shall be determined pursuant to the procedures set forth in Rule 35 of the Rules of the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals. Decision In accordance with the stipulation of the parties, the protest is hereby GRANTED.
