(ISG) filed a protest concerning solicitation number 92-3 issued by the Department of the Treasury for the acquisition of general purpose automatic data processing equipment. On July 7, 1992, ISG filed a voluntary motion to dismiss the protest without prejudice, stating: Integrated Systems Group, Inc. respectfully moves the Board in accordance with Rule 28(a)(1), for voluntary dismissal without prejudice each party to bear its own costs and attorney's fees. ISG requests that the requested dismissal convert to prejudice at close of the amended solicitation. ISG moves for dismissal to permit the Government to extend the solicitation due date. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a)(1).
