ORDER During a prehearing conference held on July 2, 1992, in this protest by Rockwell International Corporation, respondent's representative stated that the agency would not oppose the requested suspension of procurement authority. The Board, therefore, suspended the procurement authority of the Department of the Treasury as applicable to respondent's Solicitation No. IRS-90-018 and Contract Tir-92-0054 for the procurement of the requirements which are the subject of the same solicitation. 40 U.S.C. 759(f)(2) (1988). This document represents the written confirmation of the Board's earlier oral order of suspension. Rule 19(d).
