                           Order of Dismissal
 
        On June  25, 1992,  Telcom Systems  Services, Inc.  (Telcom)
   protested  solicitation   number  MC-599-24-91   issued  by   the
   Department  of Veterans Affairs  (VA) for a  voice/data telephone
   system for  the VA Medical  Center in Livermore, California.   On
   July  9,  1992,  Telcom  filed  a request  that  the  protest  be
   dismissed with prejudice with the  understanding that the VA will
   issue an amendment  to the solicitation.  Counsel for  the VA has
   no objection.
 
        Accordingly,  the  protest   is  DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE.
