Network Solutions, Inc. v. Department of the Air Force, GSBCA 11498-P, et. al., 1992 BPD 131. Intervenor Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS) appealed the Board's decision to the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, Electronic Data Systems Corp. v. Department of the Air Force, No. 92-1511. On December 2, 1992, the Court of Appeals issued an order which remanded the case to this Board with directions to dismiss the complaint and vacated our decision as moot. Electronic Data Systems Corp. v. Department of the Air Force, No. 92-1511 (Fed. Cir. Dec. 2, 1992). PRC filed a petition for rehearing en banc of the December 2, 1992, order. By order dated January 21, 1993, the Court of Appeals denied PRC's motion, thus disposing of the case. Electronic Data Systems Corp. v. Department of the Air Force, No. 92-1511, (Fed. Cir. Jan. 21, 1993). On February 5, 1993, the Board docketed the mandate of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit's order dated December 2, 1992, remanding the protests of NSI and PRC for dismissal.
