ORDER On June 20, 1996, the Department of Labor (DOL) Board of Contract Appeals (BCA) transferred to the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals (GSBCA) four appeals filed by the Heritage Reporting Corporation (Heritage) under contract numbers J-9-M-5-0005, J-9-M-5-0004, J-9-M-5-0006, and J-9-M-5-0050, seeking payment of costs for DOL's alleged failure to notify Heritage of the cancellation of previously-scheduled hearings and seeking payment for court reporting services. On September 3, 1996, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss these appeals and requested that the appeal file and all other pleadings be returned to the DOL BCA. Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. This case shall be deemed to have been dismissed with prejudice from this forum 180 calendar days from the date of this order. Rule 28(b).
