                                 ORDER
 
        On  March 6,  1996, petitioner's  counsel  filed a  petition
   requesting the Board to direct the contracting officer to issue a
   written decision on its claim arising out of lease number GS-03B-
   06473.   By order dated March 13,  1996, the Board requested that
   respondent  file with  the  Board  either 1)  a  decision of  the
   contracting  officer  on  petitioner's claim,  or  2)  a schedule
   showing when events  preparatory to the issuance of a contracting
   officer's decision would occur and when the decision itself would
   be issued.  
        On April 12, 1996, the Board received a copy of the decision
   issued by  the contracting officer in this matter, accompanied by
   respondent's motion to  dismiss.  Respondent's motion  is granted
   and the petition is DISMISSED.
