Gusalino Brothers Construction Inc. (Gusalino) filed an appeal on January 23, 1996, challenging the General Services Administration's final decision rejecting Gusalino's claim for an equitable adjustment of its contract for construction services at the Prince Kohio Federal Building, Honolulu, Hawaii. The parties entered into a Settlement Agreement on September 30, 1996, and on October 3, 1996, filed a Stipulation for Entry of Judgment which stated: Appellant and respondent, through their attorneys, hereby stipulate and agree as follows: That, pursuant to terms of a Settlement Agreement between the parties as of the date of execution, judgment shall be entered in favor of appellant and against respondent, in the amount of Fourteen thousand eight hundred and twenty dollars ($14,820). Interest and Attorneys Fees are included in the settlement amount. In accordance with the terms of the settlement agreement, the appeal is GRANTED IN PART. Appellant is awarded the sum of $14,820, inclusive of interest. Upon the Board's receipt of the parties' completed certificates of finality, the Board will forward them to the Department of the Treasury for payment of the judgment. _________________________ ROBERT W.
