ORDER On September 5, 1995, the Board received this appeal of Total Property Services, Inc. claiming entitlement to money pursuant to the Termination for the Convenience of the Government clause of its contract with the respondent, the General Services Administration. Total Property indicated that the agency had not responded to its repeated requests for payment. Having tentatively settled the matter, the parties now request that the appeal be dismissed without prejudice. The Board DISMISSES WITHOUT PREJUDICE the underlying appeal. The dismissal becomes one with prejudice on February 2, 1996, unless Total Property earlier reinstates the appeal or that date is extended by order of the Board.
