                                 ORDER
 
        On May 24, 1995, Venture  Tape Corporation filed this appeal
   challenging  the $1,808.92 in excess reprocurement costs assessed
   against it under its tape contract with the Government.
 
        Venture Tape Corporation  has paid the charges  at issue and
   seeks to withdraw its appeal.
 
        In view of the foregoing this appeal is DISMISSED.
