ORDER On May 5, 1995, the Board received this appeal from Eagle Real Estate, The Marketing Company, Inc. disputing the termination for default of its contract with the respondent, the Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, under which Eagle was to provide auctioneer services. Eagle and the agency have entered into a settlement agreement under which Eagle agrees to withdraw, with prejudice, its appeal of the termination for default and the agency will not seek any monetary relief as a result of the termination for the default of the contract.
