                                 ORDER
 
        McTeague Construction Co.,  Inc. filed this appeal  on April
   13,  1995,  for   additional  costs/equitable  adjustment   under
   contract no. GS-04P-91-EDW-0013.  On October 3, 1995, the parties
   submitted to  the Board  a settlement  agreement asking  that the
   appeal be dismissed.
 
        Pursuant  to Rule 28(a)(1) and the agreement of the parties,
   this appeal is DISMISSED.
