ORDER In March 1995, the Board received these four appeals from Technautics, Inc. concerning task orders under a contract with the respondent, the General Services Administration. Technautics and the agency have entered into a settlement agreement which they caption as a "stipulation of award pursuant to GSBCA Rule 36(e)." Among the terms of the agreement, Technautics agrees to the dismissal with prejudice of each of the appeals. The agency agrees to pay Technautics $55,500.
