ORDER On February 8, 1995, ElectroCom GARD, Ltd., appealed the final decision of a Department of the Treasury (Treasury) contracting officer terminating contract number TEP-93-05(N) for default for an alleged failure to make timely delivery of a Postage Stamp Coil Packaging System. On July 26, 1995, respondent filed a motion to dismiss this appeal with prejudice stating that Treasury had voluntarily converted the termination for default to a termination for convenience of the Government and that appellant had accepted the conversion to a termination for convenience. Appellant has no objection to a dismissal of this appeal with prejudice. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
