                                 ORDER
 
        The  parties entered  into  contract GS-07P-91-JSX-0117  for
   renovations to  the United States  Courthouse and Post  Office in
   Denver,  Colorado.   On  January  4,  1995,  Dawson  Construction
   Company,  Inc.  (Dawson)  filed this  appeal  from  a contracting
   officer's decision  dated December 20,  1994.  On June  27, 1995,
   Dawson filed a request to dismiss this appeal with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).
