                                 ORDER
 
        Clean   Sweep   Inc.  appealed   from  a   General  Services
   Administration  contracting officer's deemed denial of a claim in
   the  amount of  $1,002.96 for  extra services  performed under  a
   contract for janitorial and related services  at the Carson City,
   Nevada,  Federal Building.   On  December 12,  1994, the  parties
   advised  that they had  resolved their dispute.   On December 30,
   they filed  a joint motion  to dismiss the case,  requesting that
   the appeal be dismissed without  prejudice, with the dismissal to
   be converted to one with prejudice ninety days after  the date of
   the Board's order.  
 
        The  motion is  GRANTED.   The appeal  is DISMISSED  WITHOUT
   PREJUDICE.  This dismissal shall become one with prejudice on the
   ninetieth day  following the date  of this  order, unless  either
   party earlier moves for reinstatement.
