                                 ORDER
 
        The Board docketed  this appeal by Stanger  Industries, Inc.
   on   July  11,   1994.     Appellant   seeks  reimbursement   for
   architectural renovations done under contract no. GS06P93GYC0063.
 
        On  August 26,  counsel  for  both  parties  filed  a  joint
   stipulation for dismissal, which provided:
 
             COMES NOW  the Appellant  and Respondent  and
             through  joint  stipulation of  both  parties
             hereby  request  that   the  above  captioned
             appeal be  dismissed with  prejudice pursuant
             to Rule 28 of the GSBCA Rules of Procedure.
 
        Accordingly, this  appeal is DISMISSED WITH  PREJUDICE. Rule
