Reuter filed the instant appeals from a General Services Administration contracting officer's denial of four separate claims for excessive power usage, payment for additional storage space, wall repairs, and carpet repairs under lease number GS-11B-60267 for lease of office space at the Reuter Building located at 14540 John Marshall Highway in Gainesville, Virginia. On November 18, 1994, the parties filed a settlement agreement and joint motion for dismissal stating: The parties, Theodore E. Reuter, and the U.S. General Services Administration ("GSA"), hereby agree to the following terms: 1. Mr. Reuter hereby withdraws each of these four cases, with prejudice. 2. GSA agrees to pay Mr. Reuter $3,798.81 within its next monthly billing cycle, and hereby withdraws its counterclaim in GSBCA Case No. 12865, with prejudice. All contested matters having been settled by this agreement, the parties hereby jointly move that each of these four cases be dismissed, with prejudice. Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
