                                 ORDER
 
        The Board  docketed this  appeal on May  18, 1994,  from the
   failure of the  contracting officer to issue a  final decision on
   appellant's  claim  for  erroneous  deductions   on  a  custodial
   services contract.  On June  3, 1994, appellant advised the Board
   that the subject matter had been settled.  
 
        As  requested by  appellant, pursuant  to  Rule 28(b),  this
   appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
