ORDER Support Services International, Inc., claimed $13,755.84 in indirect costs under a contract with the Department of Education for the design, development, and operation of Indian Education Act Resource and Evaluation Centers. The contracting officer denied the claim, and the contractor appealed. On June 1, 1994, the parties informed the Board that they had settled the case, with the agency agreeing to pay the entire amount of the claim. Pursuant to a settlement agreement, on July 18, they jointly moved the Board to dismiss the case with prejudice.
