                                 ORDER
 
        On March 18,  1994, the Board docketed this  appeal filed by
   1330 L Street  Associates, Ltd. Partnership concerning  the lease
   of office  space at the Franklin Court Building, Washington, D.C.
   under contract no. GS-11B-20715.
 
        On  July  20,  1995,  the  parties  entered  into   a  joint
   settlement agreement.   On September 14, 1995, appellant  filed a
   motion to dismiss its appeal with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly, the appeal  is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.   Rule
   28(a).
