Background These appeals involve various delay and change order claims relating to Contract GS-09-P90-KTC-0123, a contract for asbestos abatement and subsequent repairs at the United States Port of Entry, Calexico, California. Appellant is North American Construction Corp. and respondent is the General Services Administration. In June of 1994, the parties settled time related issues arising from the contract, and the Board entered judgment on that settlement for $465,000. On August 30, 1994, pursuant to Rule 36(e), the parties stipulated to an additional award in the amount of $872,000, plus interest pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act from June 1, 1994, until paid. This award resolves the remaining claims arising from this contract, in appeals filed as GSBCA 12100, 12101, 12242, 12251, 12725, 12764. Decision As requested by the parties, we adopt the parties' stipulation by decision. The appeals filed as GSBCA 12100, 12101, 12242, 12251, 12725, 12764 are GRANTED.
