                                 ORDER
 
        On February 14,  1994, the Board docketed  this appeal filed
   by Clean Sweep Inc., from a decision by a contracting officer for
   the  General Services Administration.  Clean  Sweep Inc. seeks an
   equitable   adjustment  for   janitorial  and   related  services
   performed under contract no. GS-09P-91-KSC-0033.
 
        On June 7, 1994, the  Board received a joint stipulation for
   dismissal from the parties which provided as follows:
 
             Appellant, CLEAN  SWEEP INC., and  the respondent,
             the  General  Services Administration,  do  hereby
             jointly  request that  the  Board dismiss  without
             prejudice the appeal  docketed as Appeal of  CLEAN
             SWEEP  INC., GSBCA  No. 12757,  through  and until
             ninety  (90) days following  the Board's  Order of
             Dismissal  in  this  appeal,  at  which  time  the
             dismissal shall  be converted to  a dismissal with
             prejudice.
 
        In accordance with  the request by the  parties, this appeal
   is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).  The dismissal shall
   convert  to a  dismissal  with prejudice  on  September 6,  1994,
   unless it is refiled prior to that date.
