ORDER On September 1, 1992, Barletta Engineering Corporation (Barletta) was awarded contract GS-01P-92-BZC-0080 with the General Services Administration regarding a construction project at the National Visa Processing Center at Pease Air Force Base, Portsmouth, New Hampshire. On October 5, 1993, the contracting officer issued a final decision denying Barletta's claim for equitable adjustment on behalf of its electrical subcontractor, Consolidated Electrical Service, Inc., relating to an emergency generator to be supplied and installed at the construction project. On January 6, 1994, Barletta appealed the final decision of the contracting officer. On April 28, 1994, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal with prejudice stating that the parties had reached a settlement. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
