                                 ORDER
 
        The Board received this appeal filed by Asian Rehabilitation
   Services, Inc. on December 28, 1993, from a final decision issued
   by  the General  Services  Administration's contracting  officer.
   The appeal concerns  a claim for supervisory labor hours expended
   under a contract for janitorial and related services.  The appeal
   was proceeding under the Board's accelerated procedure.
 
        On February  23, 1994, the Board received the parties' joint
   stipulation for dismissal that provided as follows:
 
             Appellant,  Asian  Rehabilitation  Services, Inc.,
             and    respondent,     the    General     Services
             Administration, do hereby jointly request that the
             Board   dismiss  without   prejudice  the   appeal
             docketed   as  Appeal   of  Asian   Rehabilitation
             Services, Inc., GSBCA No. 12716, through and until
             (90) days following the Board's Order of Dismissal
 
             in  this appeal, at which time the dismissal shall
             be converted to a dismissal with prejudice.
 
        In accordance with  the request by the parties,  this appeal
   is  hereby  DISMISSED  WITHOUT  PREJUDICE.    Rule  28(a).    The
   dismissal shall convert to one with prejudice on May 25, 1994.
