ORDER This appeal was filed with the Board on November 9, 1993, by Sylvan Service Corporation against the General Services Administration (GSA). Appellant alleges that GSA improperly withheld monetary deductions under contract no. GS-07P-92-JWC- 0155. On December 17, 1993, the Board received a letter from appellant stating the matter has been resolved and the parties have entered into a settlement agreement. Appellant further requests that the Board withdraw its appeal, dismissing it without prejudice. Accordingly, appellant's request is granted. This appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a). As provided in Rule 28(b) this case shall be deemed to have been dismissed with prejudice as of the expiration of 180 calendar days of the date of this order. 58 Fed.
