                                 ORDER
 
        On  October 7, 1993,  Computer Network Systems,  Inc. (CNSI)
   filed  an  application  for  award of  attorney  fees  and  other
   expenses pursuant  to the Equal  Access to Justice Act,  5 U.S.C.
     504, as  a result  of the  Board's  opinion of  July 13,  1993,
   granting CNSI's appeal  in GSBCA 11368.  On October 21, 1993, the
   parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the application for award
   of attorney fees  and other expenses with  prejudice stating that
   the  parties have entered  into a settlement  agreement resolving
   the disputed claim.
 
        Accordingly, this application for award of attorney fees and
   other expenses is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
