                                 ORDER
 
        AMTECH  Reliable Elevator  Co. filed  this  appeal with  the
   Board  on  September  30,  1993.   On  October  21,  following  a
   telephonic  conference with  the parties,  the  Board received  a
   letter from appellant requesting that its  appeal be withdrawn so
   that  a final  decision on  its claim may  be requested  from the
   contracting officer.
 
        In  accordance  with  appellant's  request,  the  appeal  is
   DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
