                                 ORDER
 
        On  September 22,  1993,  Electro-Chem Etch  Metal Markings,
   Inc.,  filed   with  this   Board  a   motion,  with   supporting
   documentation,  for the  award  of  attorney  fees,  incurred  in
   connection with pursuing  an appeal.   The underlying appeal  was
   granted by the Board on May 25, 1993.
 
        On November 8, 1993, the  Board received a Motion to Dismiss
   filed  by both  parties.    The parties  request  that the  Board
   dismiss the  petition  for costs  with  prejudice.   The  parties
   stated  that  they  have  entered  into  a  settlement  agreement
   resolving all issues concerning this matter.
 
        Accordingly, the parties'  request is granted.   This matter
   is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
