                                 ORDER
 
        On  August 10, 1993, Lone Star Waterproofing, Inc., appealed
   the   final  decision  of   a  General   Services  Administration
   contracting  officer  regarding  a   unilateral  modification  to
   contract number  GS-07P-91-HUC-0068 for exterior  repair services
   to the Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building in Fort Worth, Texas.  On
   December  20, 1993,  the parties  filed a  joint  stipulation for
   dismissal of  this appeal stating  that the parties  have entered
   into  a settlement agreement  and requesting  that the  appeal be
   dismissed without prejudice to reinstatement within ninety days.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal  is  DISMISSED WITHOUT  PREJUDICE.
   Rule 28(a).  This dismissal  shall convert to one  with prejudice
   ninety  days from  the date  of  this order  unless either  party
   requests reinstatement prior to that date.
