Shusterman of Cohen & White, Washington, DC, counsel for Appellant. Ingrid D. Falanga, Daniel J. Mazella, and David A. Ingold, Financial Management Service, Department of the Treasury, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. LaBELLA, Board Judge. ORDER This appeal was filed with the Board on April 6, 1993, by Government Micro Resources, Inc. (GMR). On March 11, 1994, the Board received a Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice filed by appellant. Appellant has stated that it has entered into a settlement agreement with respondent and requests that the Board dismiss its appeal with prejudice. Appellant's motion is granted.
