                                 ORDER
 
        Wingfield  & Hundley Elevator  Co., Inc., filed  this appeal
   with  the Board  on January  8, 1993,  concerning a  contract for
   elevator services.
 
        On  October  28,  the  Board  received  the  parties'  joint
   stipulation to dismiss the appeal that stated as follows:
 
             The  parties  jointly  move the  Board  to dismiss
             GSBCA No. 12255 with prejudice, in accordance with
             the  "Settlement  Agreement", executed  and  dated
             September 29, 1993.
 
        This appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
