Malarin, appellant, filed this appeal which arose from a contacting officer's decision imposing liquidated damages on appellant for failure to pay the full purchase price of a car sold at a General Services Administration auction. On May 17, 1993, the Board received a Stipulation for Dismissal signed by both parties. The parties have stated that they have arrived at a mutual agreement of the underlying dispute and request that the Board dismiss the appeal with prejudice.
