                                 ORDER
 
        On  October 19, 1992, Taylor Investments, Ltd., appealed the
   final  decision of a  General Services Administration contracting
   officer denying its  claim under contract number  GS-03B-09028 to
   raise the operating  costs for the lease of a building at 3 South
   State Road,  Upper Darby,  Pennsylvania, occupied  by the  Social
   Security  Administration's  Telecommunications   Office.       On
   August 3,  1993,  respondent   filed  a  joint  stipulation   for
   dismissal  with prejudice  stating that  the  parties have  fully
   executed a settlement agreement and supplemental  lease agreement
   implementing the settlement in this appeal.
 
        Accordingly,  this  appeal  is   DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE.
