                                 ORDER
 
        On September 18, 1992, P. J. Dick  Incorporated appealed the
   contracting officer's failure to issue a decision on Quotation #6
   dated May 8,  1989.  The quotation pertains to a contract for the
   renovation of  the United  States Post  Office and  Courthouse in
   Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
 
        On October 5,  appellant filed a letter requesting  that the
   Board dismiss the appeal with prejudice.  
 
        In accordance with appellant's request, the appeal is hereby
   DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
