                                 ORDER
 
        On  August 10, 1992,  appellant, Keller &  Sons Enterprises,
   Inc., filed an  appeal arising from the submission  of claims for
   miscellaneous  additional  work  performed under  a  contract  to
   provide  janitorial and  related  services  at  the  U.S.  Border
   Station, Lukeville, Arizona.
 
        On April 20, 1993, appellant  filed a motion to withdraw the
   appeal without prejudice so appellant  may resubmit its claim  to
   the contracting officer  to review and conduct  any investigation
   and/or audit.  Respondent has no objection to the dismissal.
 
        Accordingly,  this  appeal is  DISMISSED  WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
   Rule 28(a).
