                                 ORDER
 
        On July 13, 1992, the  Eastern Gas & Cylinder Service, Inc.,
   appealed  the final decision of a General Services Administration
   contracting  officer  to  terminate for  default  contract number
   GS-10F-7551A  awarded to appellant for the purchase of industrial
   gases   for  the  contract  period  September  1,  1991,  through
   August 31, 1992.  On  January 8, 1993, the parties  filed a joint
   motion to  dismiss this  appeal with prejudice  stating that  the
   parties have entered into a settlement agreement resolving all of
   the disputes in this appeal.
 
        Accordingly,  this  appeal  is   DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE.
