DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE: October 14, 1992 GSBCA 11919 P. J. DICK INCORPORATED, Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. John T. Flynn of Smith, Currie & Hancock, Atlanta, GA, counsel for Appellant. Gerald L. Schrader, Telo W. Braswell, and Martin A. Hom, Real Property Division, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, and Kenneth E. Kendell, Office of Regional Counsel, General Services Administration, Philadelphia, PA, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge. ORDER P. J. Dick Incorporated has filed numerous appeals of contracting officer decisions rendered under a contract between appellant and the General Services Administration (GSA) for the renovation of the United States Post Office and Courthouse in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. GSBCA 11919, filed on June 30, 1992, challenges one of these decisions, which forbids one of appellant's employees (who had been the firm's project coordinator) from dealing with the Government on appellant's behalf in matters arising from the contract. On September 21, the contracting officer rescinded the decision that is the subject of GSBCA 11919. GSA then moved to dismiss the case with prejudice, on the ground that "there is no longer a dispute between the parties on this issue." Following a telephonic conference convened by the Board, appellant on October 8 informed us in writing that it has no objection to our granting the motion. GSA's motion is GRANTED. This appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a). _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
