ORDER This appeal was filed with the Board on June 29, 1992. It involves appellant's claim from a contracting officer's decision of April 2, 1992, regarding a dispute of its work under contract number GS-07P-90-HTC-0013, which was awarded to appellant by respondent, the General Services Administration, for mechanical maintenance services at the Federal Building, Dallas, Texas. On July 28, 1992, the Board received appellant's request for dismissal without prejudice, which states: Appellant, Griffin Services, Inc., requests that this Appeal be dismissed, without prejudice, the Respondent, General Services Administration ("GSA") having rescinded its final decision dated April 2, 1992, in accordance with the GSA's letter dated July 27, 1992, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. On July 29, 1992, respondent orally informed this Board that it concurs with appellant's request for dismissal. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed without prejudice. Rule 28(a).
