                                 ORDER
 
        On July 19, 1992, The  Scott Group, Inc., appealed the final
   decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer
   under lease number GS-11B-20622 concerning a $5,740 credit due to
   the Government under the lease provisions for unused doors at the
   warehouse space in Forestville, Maryland.   On November 20, 1992,
   the  parties filed  a joint  motion to  dismiss this  appeal with
   prejudice,  stating  that   the  parties  have  entered   into  a
   settlement agreement.
 
        Accordingly,  this  appeal   is  DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE.
