Order of Dismissal On April 13, 1992, Union Pacific Railroad Company (UP) appealed the final decision of a General Services Administration (GSA) contracting officer relating to contract number GS-04F-91-ETS-0625, a contract between GSA and UP covering UP's transportation of distinctive paper used for printing currency between Dalton, Massachusetts, and Ft. Worth, Texas, for the Bureau of Printing and Engraving. On August 7, 1992, GSA and UP filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal with prejudice stating that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement resolving all of the disputes involved in this appeal.
