ORDER On December 17, 1991, the Board docketed an appeal from a deemed denial of a claim relating to costs of critical path method schedule updates relative to the renovation of certain floors of the United States Court House and Post Office, Pittsburgh, PA. Appellant's claim contested the Government's assertion of costs of $7,899.73 against appellant for allegedly deficient schedule updates. On September 29, 1993, the parties moved to dismiss the appeal with prejudice.
