LaBELLA, Board Judge. ORDER These appeals were filed with the Board on September 16, 1991, and October 20, 1991, by 3535 Market Street Associates against the General Services Administration. The appeals arose from a June 18, 1991, contracting officer's decision stating that appellant owed money to the Government due to a failure of appellant's heat pumps which required shutdown of a building, environmental decontamination and testing, replacement of carpet- ing, and overtime salaries. On December 17, 1993, the Board received a Stipulation of Dismissal signed by both parties. The parties have stated that all disputes and issues have been resolved. The parties have requested that the Board dismiss these appeals with prejudice. The parties' request is granted. These appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE to future reinstatement. Rule 28(a).
