                                 ORDER
 
        On  April  17,  1991,  Westchester  Square  Plumbing  Supply
   Company, Inc.,  appealed the  final decision  of the  contracting
   officer  relating to  contract number  GS-07F-17103 for  plumbing
   supplies (fixtures and accessories).  The contract was terminated
   for default and excess costs were charged.
 
        On  July 23,  1993,  the  parties filed  a  joint motion  to
   dismiss with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).
