   DEVINE, Board Judge.
 
                                 ORDER
 
        On October 30,  1992, this Board  issued an Order  directing
   the  appellant  to  show  cause  why his  appeal  should  not  be
   dismissed for failure to prosecute.  Appellant's response was due
   not later than November 20, 1992.   Service was by CERTIFIED MAIL
   - RETURN RECEIPT  REQUESTED.  Delivery was made  November 6, 1992
   and the  Board received the  receipt November 13, 1992.   To date
   Appellant has not responded in any manner.
 
        Accordingly, the  appeal  is DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE  for
   failure to prosecute.
