ORDER We decline to reconsider our decision of December 23, 1992, awarding Sterling Federal Systems, Inc., the amount of $517,436.30 (which includes $457,016.17 in attorney's fees and disbursements and $4,046 in witness' fees, which was the subject of our decision of May 22, 1992, and $56,374.13 in attorney's fees and disbursements for pursuit of the cost case itself). In our decision of December 23, 1992, we stated the basis of that decision. The respondent has not directed our attention to any new basis on which we should change that decision.
